Looking back as a child, my fondest memories are gathered around the kitchen table sharing food, daily events, holidays and always lots of love. I remember the love and care my grandmother and mother put into every meal. All of our friends loved eating evening meals and sharing conversations at our house.

Coming from a large family, as my sisters and I got older we were brought into the kitchen to help. I was the youngest girl and benefited from prior culinary disasters my older sisters made. There was always lots of laughter and joy in the family kitchen as we learned techniques and recipes handed down for generations.

Creating tasty delights and watching my favorite TV show "The Galloping Gourmet" helped me realize my passion for cooking. Whether stressed, happy, mad, sad or bored, cooking has always been a joy, an adventure, a hobby, and with 37 years of cooking experience...now a business.

My goal is to bring families and friends back to the table helping build loving memories, traditions and family communication like I enjoyed...one meal at a time!
